Doctor of Medicine (MD) Program

The MD program, offered at our Memphis and Knoxville campuses, is a four-year degree with two distinct phases. Years one and two are your preclinical years, featuring foundational courses in topics like anatomy, molecular biology, and organ systems. Year two culminates in the USMLE Step 1 exam before you transition into full-time clinical training.

In years three and four, you'll rotate through core clerkships in family medicine, surgery, pediatrics, OB/GYN, and more. Year four includes electives, junior internships, and a capstone as you prepare to match into residency.

Master of Medical Science-Physician Assistant (PA) Program

Offered at our Memphis campus, the PA program is an intensive, two-year master's degree ( 112 semester hours total) that moves you from foundational coursework in year one straight into hands-on clinical rotations in year two.
